This is me

Hello my name is Alice and I am a BA Graphic Design student studying at Kingston University. I am a practical worker who values research and experimentation within my design practice, creating innovative designs that encourage interaction in social spaces. I take a lot of inspiration from the people around me, specifically how colour can impact our psychological interpretations, and the effects on our mood.

Two awards I received while at Sixth Form, for increased confidence in textile media and for being an inspirational role model in my studies. Please see right image.

Academic Mentoring
Programme

September 2019- Present

During my A Level studies, I was involved in an Academic Mentoring programme, supporting my peers in the development of their design practice within art and design. This is an aspect I have continued to engage with at Kingston University, where I am currently assisting first year Graphic Design students.
